Michael (Mike) Kondoudis has over fifteen years of experience helping clients protect their intellectual property. He holds a B.S. in Astronomy and Astrophycis from Indiana University and a law degree, cum laude, from the John Marshall Law School. He has represented a full spectrum of businesses, from multinational corporations to start-up companies to individual inventors.
Mr. Kondoudis' primary patent prosecution experience is in the mechanical, electrical, communications, optical, and e-commerce arts. Mr. Kondoudis' trademark experience includes managing trademark portfolios for multiple large U.S. corporations, including prosecuting opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
James J. Livingston, Jr. is a patent attorney concentrating in the electrical, computer and mechanical fields. He holds a B.S.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Northeastern University, cum laude, and a law degree from New England School of Law where he was awarded the CALI Award for the Future of Patent Law. Prior to attending Law School, Mr. Livingston worked as Software Engineer for 17 years for computer hardware and software companies.
